Fucking corporate BS
The bus. Department complaining to my sup about shit not working to perfection in a node. I explained to them that the problem that the customer was having was coming from the sister node.
These cats so full of themselves they don’t care, they feel like it’s cause the node the customer is in is not perfect.
So I explain to my sup it’s cause the node is old and needs to be replaced. The headend guy and I had to find a sweet spot just to make it work.
He says, why didn’t u tell me that node was bad.
I told him there’s a shit load of nodes that bad, what is telling u about it gonna do.
Told him there was a node in a place last year that we told him about all year and it didn’t get replaced to this year January.
He says I still need to know about when things don’t work right.
I said well now u know...what u wanna do about it
