As someone who isn't a comic book person (even though I've probably seen the majority of Marvel film but don't think much of them), I have to say that Black Panther really impressed me. Like I just said to a mate who is more into the films, it's the first Marvel film that actually had something substantial and worthwhile to say. It's has a lot more to say about society, race and family than your average superhero film.
Also, even though this is a superhero film it's clearly an ensemble. The whole cast were on point, you actually care about the characters, and the whole film carries far more heart and emotion than your average blockbuster. I'd put it down as the best Marvel film, but like I said before, I'm not a comic book person.
