I have one but its gon hurt me to say it lol. I gotta run it again but id be lying if I said I wasnt a little disappointed.

Frequency and No Fear of Time, the last two tracks stood out to the most off the first listen tho

This album gets thrown in the filler bin for me (something to listen to when I walk to the gym). Highly disappointed.

3rd listen. Took a couple to absorb. Lyrically sharp still. Obviously did not deliver a second classic but who really expected that. First album is an impossibly high bar near Illmatic levels to me. The highs are not as high as the first album, I can’t really point to a song where they snapped as hard as Thieves in the Night, Respiration etc but there also aren’t really any weak tracks. Basically it’s 9 new good Black Star tracks, can’t be mad at that. I want more though.
