Bullshit. Joel won the damn scoring title and is a top defender. He put up numbers this year that haven’t been seen in the NBA since the days of WILT and MOSES MALONE.

The Sixers are a sub .500 team when he didn’t play (6-8). Fuck those advanced metrics. Fuck a VORP. He literally carried the goddamn team all year to a top-4 seed (a literal 3-way tie for the #2 record), while Joker was two games away from the fuckin play-in.

Shit is trash. He won’t even be 1st team All-NBA for this now. The voting has to change for that alone. If they are going to abandon positions in All-Star voting, then the same should apply to All-NBA selections.

I got Jokic over Embiid for MVP. Jokic is doing historical shit and playing with guys like Campazzo, Aaron Gordon and Will Barton all season and got his team in the playoffs.

Jokic is the best offensive player in the league. Embiid getting MVP over Yoke is because Embiid been bitching about it. There's really nothing that Joel does that puts him over Yoke.

Yoke is better than Embiid, period. We can't go around changing rules and requirements because there's a better player.

If Embiid want 1st team all NBA and MVPs, compete for it and stop bitching to the media like a hoe.

Jokic a better passer than Joel, and that’s where it stops. And let’s not act like Joel didn’t have Philly IN CONTENTION for the #1 seed all season….even after going down with The Rona early in the season when Squad was 7-1 and 1st in the East….while dealing with the whole Ben Simmons shit, which pretty much handicapped the team. Denver never once spent a day in 1st in the West, with or without Murray or MPJ. I don’t think he Nuggets we’re ever the #1 seed WITH Murray in either year going back to before the bubble, so what does that tell you about Most Valuable Player?

With Jokic, the Nuggets are a mid-ass team. Without him, they’re fighting for a play-seed.

With Joel, the Sixers are legit contenders for the East. Without him, they are bonafide lottery status.

This is Grade A bullshit, and y’all know it.

Jokic got 2000 pts 1000 rebounds and 500 assists in a season, some shit nobody ever did. That's how consistent this man was.

Only thing Embiid got over Yoke is averaging more points and that's only by 3.

Yoke got more rebounds per game, more assists per game, a higher field goal percentage, a way better true shooting percentage.

If Yoke wanted to, he could've gave motherfuckers 35 15 and 5 this season, that's how surgical he was on offense at picking his spots. But he was nice and gave them a 27 14 and 8.

And then on top of that the 76ers only won 3 more games than the Nuggets, if the Nuggets was in the East, they would be a fifth seed.

If the Nuggets were fully healthy they would be a top 3 seed in the West, I bet money on that. That's how ridiculous Jokic was without his 2 best players.

Embiid didn't even have a better year than Giannis, if anybody should be upset, it should be Giannis. I think he was overall the best player this year.

Embiid had an MVP caliber season, but Yoke was better, again.

Points Responsible For is simply calculated off points you score, assists you make, and screen assists. Jokic is at 58 ppg, and Embiid is at 52 ppg.

Is points responsible for a caclytic stat or do we consider it a legit stat? @5th Letter
