I wanted us to tank for Mikal Bridges, but its a solid trade. We are capped out, need more depth to MAKE a playoff push.

On the other hand, we now don't have to worry about Avery leaving and Tobias leaving next year. Just wish that pick was top 13 protected this year.

I feel like the Clippers coulda got more for Griffin

Idk if they didn't wanna trade in division but I'd imagine the Suns would've been interested and given a better long term package.

Just knowing how they operate I'd assume the Suns would be thirsty for a big name to go with Booker.

David aldridge on that bullshit. Marco Bellineli for darius miller, jameer Nelson, chieck diallo, and a 2nd rounder.

He calling it a good trade. He cant be watching Hawks or Pelican games. Maybe worth the 2nd rounder and ajinca

I would be pissed off if I was Blake, and let the Clippers know y’all could have let my bum ass walk this past summer and pick my own team.

I dont think the driving force of this trade was basketball for Detroit. I think they juat wanted a superstar to fill some seats before they had to file for bankruptcy

actually the more I think about it this works out for both teams: clippers need cap space and low cost high draft pick. problem solved. If this was about better players they could have gotten Love from the Cavs easy, but the problem with that is that might get Lebron to 2nd guess going to LA over the summer.

For the Pistons they get trade assets, for instance they could still trade Griffin before the end of the week for a younger, healthier, lower cost contract player like Julius Randle or John collins and offload the Reggie Jackson & Jon Leuer contracts

Deandre to the wizards somehow please

probably run you Oubre and Gortat maybe even a pick. I wouldn't do that. DJ 29 and about to get paid big bucks. Can't have DJ and Mahinmi making close to 45 mil annually for the next 3 years especially when both are unplayable in the 4th quarter
