Yeah, seems like they would are willing give up most of their starters to have Drummond/Griffin in the paint. Still I dont see the Clippers doing this unless they get draft picks (with at least one 1st round) and a few key role low players with low contracts.

I am pretty sure the Clippers would be trying to make cap room to bid to bring both, Paul George & Lebron to a big market.

I am not sure about that, Clippers still need to free up cap space by the end of the year if they really want to make moves over the summer. But for the Pistons it might be a very good look. I am pretty sure they could ship off Griffin to the Cavs for Love and the Nets pick
