Yo I legit dated a guy who refused to work out his legs. He said he didn't want big thighs . I mean if the person is happy when they look in the mirror then all is well. This brotha seems like he loves his big upper body and slim legs.
Even men i know that are not as buff, definitely weren't doing alot of leg work. They afraid they gonna look like Raven from teen titans( leg episode)
