That all these old ass muhfuckas get the fuck off the SCOTUS. Part of the reason we're still stuck in puritan days is because the SCOTUS allows it with some of these bullshit rulings, trying to keep the bad ol' days relevant.

Clarence Thomas (73) and Sam Alito (71) should be on the clock....

But, to be fair, they're ALL over 45.

See I don't subscribe to that line of thinking that many black people have that once a lot of these old white people die off things will change. Folks really acting like they didn't see all those Trump rallies, regular state campaign videos and videos of those people invading the capitol. Those people were from all age ranges and at the rallies people had young ass kids.

Racists and conservatives come in all age ranges and IMO it's dumb as shit to think otherwise.

Yep, and the Trump years made open racism a lot more fashionable for white kids/teens

In sports terms, I think we should’ve “tanked” and rebuilt a long time ago but I do agree with that assessment. Plenty to consider like Kyle Rittenhouse and so forth and so on…I think the subtext is different now but what’s on the paper is still the same

Exactly and I didn't even think of all the young white kids we see on social media doing racists ass shit until I just read your post.

I can only imagine all the racist shit young white kids. teens and young adults post that we don't see cause it didn't go viral or the shit they send back forth in private group chats.

it’s good to be a main character in a thread

so when I say subtext I mean the conceptional arguments ppl fight and flee from; freedom of persecution, freedom of expression, freedom of government; they still exist. But I think alot of that has evolved over the years and in current post-modern times, we see that visualized how the line in the sand that separates us socially and economically has been trampled over so much that it's no longer washed away by the shore but stands as a testament to how division seeped into the core foundation. Age and race continue to affect the past, present, and future, I don't think I can deny that...so I suppose if we continue to let age dictate it, we have to absolve race and well that's not happening no time soon unfortunately.

These "i'll leave when I feel like it or die" positions need to be done away with. Set term limits across the board for justices
