I get the linens and pillow cases and all that. But I'm talking about what I'd he spend the night and you leave before him and he don't stay there but got a key. Do you expect him to make up the bed before leaving?

I feel he is messy and not clean. That is basic home training imo. You don't leave the house with your bed and room a mess. Also mentally to come home to a bed where the sheets are all in a disarray is off putting to me.

Never been with or lived with a man that consistently had the sheets not made.
