I lost a significant amount of weight after getting on keto last year. Like @AP2.0 said you tend to lose a decent amount in the first month or so but most of that is water weight. You keep shedding actual fat after that, just not as rapidly.

I been off it since the holidays but i'll be switching back over in a week or so
Keto had my cholesterol through the roof lol it worked though

Alotta cauliflower rice, broccoli, spinach, avocados n shit tho with chicken and fish mostly
Man fuck all of that veggie shit lol

i hate 6 eggs, 2 strips of bacon for breakfast

a complete cookie as a snack

slim Jims and pepperoni and string cheese as the other snack

Cheeseburgers with no buns for dinner lol

The next day I would do everything else the same but instead have a salad for dinner with you guessed it! Bacon in it

I did this for 2 years straight lol

I drank way too much water to smell like bacon and eggs lol

Nah I stopped doing this like 3 years ago

now I eat mostly salmon and chicken these days and nah them muscles went away then the pandemic hit? Shiiiiiid

this is good

you can also lose weight by removing all processed meat and food. Fresh veggies and fruits. Drink lots of water too!
