Idc about the John wall stuff but I kinda feel bad for Kemba because they had him on NYC rooftops, at yankee games, taking the subway and all he talked about how he loved being at home.

think I saw him kiss the court at MSG once

now he about to be on his 4th team in a year

and the most egregious part about it is, Kemba gave up $20 mil to go to the Knicks lol

I thought between the payout that OKC gave him and what NY gave him, it totaled to the same amount. If im wrong im wrong though

Plus idk how a John Wall for Kemba deal can even he possible. How could NY even make the salaries match? Rockets would have to buyout Wall and resign him to a much smaller contract and then a trade might be possible.

I dont want Wall at all btw. But if he comes with a small contract in the 10M range, id be willing to give it a shot as an experiment.

Also, it does suck for Kemba. I really wanted the shit to work out too.

I never thought Kemba would be anything but a pg in the top 20 to 30 range. So my expectations werent huge. But I wanted it to workout for him in his role.

All the extra shit like rooftops and yankees games dont mean shit when you not performing on the court unfortunately

You’re right the Knicks deal was 2 years for 18 mil

so he lost only about 2 mil
