For me it's means judgement/disorder or epiphany/realization. I see it when I'm losing my shit, look over and see 11. Or I'm being super judgey and a car will go by and it's license has 11 on it. Or I'll say some helpful shit and look at the time and it's 731. It's like the awareness angel or something.

808 is more personal but I love seeing when I do.
