Ado Den Haag/The Hague is a sleeping giant, Den Haag is the unofficial Capital of the country, one the countries biggest cities (the parlement and all the ministries are there ) but the football club has always been small despite of the large and infamous fan base.
with that said, if City Group takes over and the club promotes back to the Eredivisie, can City Group still own the club than? we all know Vitesse is Chelsea B and a proxy of Abramovic but that’s due to all manner of financial constructs/loopholes cause the UEFA doesn’t (or didn’t ) allow a group or person to own multiple clubs in Europe (Red Bull also has mad constructs) .
