“Housing is a right” demystifying buying the block & the immediate housing crisis

I have no problem renting to my people but our own kind make that shit hard to rent to them when they're gonna trash your place. Always remember, if a person has their own house, 9x out of 10 they're gonna take care of it but don't give a fuck about someone else's house because they know they have no responsibility for another's person house.

If you read my posts I'm saying if you want a better circumstance, then create it. If your job isn't treating you right then leave and find a better job elsewhere. If you want to change things within the company then go and link up with people who feel the same in your organization and go for it. That's how unions start no ? The solutions are there but what I get from your posts is an attitude of not wanting to, and wishing things were better. Complaining is fine after a certain point but what comes after the 5 stages of denial ? Where's your solution to your problem ? That's why I keep bringing it back to hold you accountable. Aye man if you don't like it there's nothing more I or anyone can say that'll change your circumstances. It's all on you. You literally have control over the situation man. That's all we're trying to point out.

Besides you who is not working to change it I’m here talking about the whole system not my job and the whole system can’t be changed by one person and that’s where we can’t see eye to eye I can find another job easy my job ain’t the issue I’m talking about a nationwide worldwide issue that we all know exists and y’all just saying get a new job. I’m saying get a new system. Why is that personally offensive to y’all. And then you being up how other people have it worse and that add nothing to the conversation I want them treated better too. Like damn didn’t think y’all were so anti worker

One man can’t change a system?

so most movements that toppled governments wasn’t started on the idea of one man?

one man that got the group hype and then a movement created?

A man with one idea.
Caesar?
Hitler?
Ghengis?
Chaka?
Hannibal?
Gueverra
Castro?
Fucking Elon musk

"Marc Lore former Walmart president, The Diapers.com and Jet.com founder announced plans in September for a new futuristic metropolis dubbed Telosa. The city proposal encompasses 150,000 acres, which is about the size of Chicago. It calls for environmentally friendly architecture and energy production, in addition to a "water system that is resistant to drought." The location has yet to be determined. Possibilities include Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Texas and the Appalachian region.
Lore is far from the first magnate to envision a new city. Bill Gates and partners disclosed plans in 2017 for a smart city in Arizona that has yet to come to fruition. The next year, rapper Akon announced a smart city in Senegal. Toyota’s "city of the future" broke ground in Japan in February. Even Walt Disney famously made plans before his death in 1966 for a "city of tomorrow" called EPCOT."

Recently traveling through Arizona, i came across construction that was incredibly massive. the highway I was on was in the middle of construction and as I looked around away from the highway there was massive construction of structures of all sizes all around the area. it looked big enough to be a city. i have to research to see what's actually going on there. never seen anything like that in my life.

came across the term EQUITISM: A desperately needed socioeconomic system in which the workforce environment distributes gains within reason between the employees' wages and management's compensation. This system may also be used in a government to a more democratic rule of all people considered equal.

It still boils down to grasping "you can't take it with you". and if 1% has more wealth than the entire 99% why the struggle for a narrowed posterity? it would be a better fix if all of life recognized itself as it's posterity.
maintain. not outdo.

Every person you listed had a team every single one. They had supporters. And lol heavy on the dictators bro. Ai t say MLK or Gandhi lol but yes they all has supporters

You're projecting.

Again we know there are injustices we all acknowledged that. We have solutions to combat that, you aint like that either, become a lawmaker and create a political party and go for it. Do everything you can rather than put faith in another political figure who disappoints you.

I can't say how to stop a person from deregulating laws to make it easier for the rich and frankly, because I have the type of money where I can pick and move anywhere in the world and live nice

I'm not working to change it ? I sponsor financial education classes for kids in impoverished neighborhoods to arm them with financial education to make better decisions with money they get. Wife and I also help fund after school initiatives to help students who can't afford equipment like computers to complete their school studies. We also help fund a program for kids called STEPS to help them transition from high school into reputable post secondary education so they can be better prepared for an Education. We want to get to a point where we can fund scholarships and tuition for 50 kids that look like us so they dont have to worry about an education and being in debt after they complete studies. I'm doing my part, are you ?

There are inherent problems in society and we all know that but the bigger question is what are you doing to change it ? It's easy to spot the issue but when it comes down to lacing ya boots and marching, some niggas want to come with excuses. In that case, we ask what do you Ultimately want ?? What would you suggest and what would you do to accomplish it ?

Well I apologize for thinking you’re not doing anything. I haven’t read everything yet I was not against the solutions you stated and you have no reason to think I am. And that actually is dope.

And nope not running for office

The point is it took one man to start a movement to influence others enough to join them. You're not the only one who feels how you feel, there are others out there who agree and what march with you if you're serious enough to go for it.

i think it's never one person but a small few tossing around some ideas that others get wind of and it just builds from there if there are any wings underneath those ideas

Not really taking sides here but I don't think I saw the argument being made about people who have a passion for something....something noble that doesn't pay well. What your thoughts are on something like this?

and with that i was making the case exactly. bogged down and stressed out. if you've kids you might get to actually interact with them a good 4 hours a day if your lucku. the rest of the 24 hour period is spent primarily preparing for the next day. 8-9 hours sleeping, 8 1/2 hours working. the travel time to and from work, dropping off and picking up everybody. once youve made it home you've got to share the time with rejuvenation or resting yourself kids homework, dinner prep.a fucking rat race siphoning all of your time. how is one supposed to exercise any creativity when your burned out mentally and physically?

"ain't that just like an american" - george bush MF did not get it. why is someone having to get by with 2-3-4 jobs???? and even worse, to be stacked up with qualifications and education. wealthy people are manipulating the economy to their favor. suppressing wages and increasing costs and were out here protesting wage hikes while brick and mortar increases their costs for no reason. and who owns the majority of brick and mortar? the catholic church (no taxes), and other cloaked corporate entities (senators, lawyers, judges, policemen, pro athletes, unions it just goes on and on with investors only interested in wanting to accrue in double and triple the time.

...and forgot to mention the affect it has on ingenuity and innovation from unexpected places

Life ain’t easy bruh. Never was and never will be. Folks work most of their life in and out of society and always will be like that.

Of course we have technology that make life easier but don’t mean folks don’t need to pull their own weight.

Things need to change but encouraging folks to be more lazy ain’t the answer.

so when you say his, do you take in consideration the automation that's trying to sweep through industry? self check out registers, for instance? wealthy people have made so much that THEY can huddle and determine innovation that can later help them declare population control? if the public doesn't put on their thinking caps, it's not long before something is passed along, made into law, the length of time we are allowed to live. a timer. will revolution kick off for something such as that??? imagine being entitled because you made a successful computer application, basically a popular fortnite game where others latched on and developed third party apps and you soon start talking about limiting people. what happened in ones mind to come to that thought process? and is it even valid?

What are you doing to change the world?

don't know if it's changing the world but...I'm
trying to arouse people by agitating thought. remember, i'm just one and that is the initial position i can thin of and take on at the moment. there may be another Fred Hampton, Malcolm X or Martin Luther King out there.

This is loving doing something. That’s more important than money and she didn’t get into for that. This is a bit different than what we are speaking about I feel.
