Let's cut the bullshit... if you aren't a fan of the individual, why enter the fucking thread? Lol

For instance, I'm a huge Kanye West fan, I will share my thoughts on threads pertaining to him, positive or negative.

I don't listen to Playboi Carti nor fuck with his style of music like that. Only two songs I think are cool the rest aren't for me. You won't see me posting a storm in threads about him.

Let it make sense. Just saying.
It’s about the music and music only

His album definitely better than Ye's album. I think there's too any songs on it, and I wish he'd do a whole rap album with no singing.

if you're a fan of music and the culture, you're gonna give mostly everybody a chance, especially the trend setters and big sellers.

Can't rely on the sole opinion of super fans to give a fair critique.

me personally,Imma even give ppl I might not care for a shot and hopefully I'll be surprised and like it.

No see that I understand. I am referring to ones who constantly enter threads to complain and nag about talent, subject matter, etc.

I personally don't business or feel bothered at all, I just find it weird to waste your time typing up your dislike for an artist music that you don't like already lol.

MDTF is classic

Whatever. Classics are subjective. All I know is after Kanye West's mom died his music changed. Drastically. He became much more of a self centered artist who always felt like he was above the grind and creative process of making music. He started carrying himself as if everything he put out should be praised no matter how it sounded. Then he obviously lost control over his personal life and you could see how that effected his music.

Kanye West before his mom passed was a completely different artist. It literally shows in his music before and after.

For me MDTF was the perfect combo of the alternative vibe he started on 808's mixed with the grass roots hip hop of his first 3 albums

Blame game is one of my fav songs period

shiiiiiiit what's more fun that shitting on ppl you don't like

How can you know if you like it or not if you never give it a chance?

Example... I tried to give Playboi Carti a chance a couple of times. His music is not for me. Therefore I didn't bother to listen to his latest work besides the Kanye track because I wanted to hear Kanye.

Playboi don't make music for folks like myself and that is fine. But you wont see me in his threads saying the music sucks and he cant rap lol. Thats just me though. It is what it is.

You ever wonder why Ye's style changed up during 808's? MBDTF was him trying to blend his old self with his new self and that left him more confused as an artist. He never recovered musically after his mom passed.

He has a song here or there that's like the old Ye but as a while he's been lost as an artist for a long time now.

And he has gotten a pass for a lot of his weirdo ass behavior too.
