Harris oversaw the case and came down hard on Kelly, at one point wanting to surcharge her nearly $6 million, plus more than $2.5 million in interest. Eventually, the parties came to an agreement: Kelly was stripped of her title of estate administrator and agreed to relinquish her rights to Simone’s works.

No she's not. Just because one or two people in the family do the wrong thing doesn't mean you cut the entire family out of everything. This is the same kinda hard nosed shit she always did when she was in office. She always went out of her way smash black and/or poor people.

You think the white people she gave the estate over too are 100% on the up and up when it comes to giving money to people in Africa?

They are required to file an accounting yearly u should be able to pull it up

also in these matters every dime has to be accounted for .... a yearly accounting is filed detailing every single transaction
 
Obviously she s playing up on niggas emotions if there was a will somebody fucked up for the estate to have to be administered by someone else

and if Kamala was wilding why stop at Nina Simone s estate

Bruh, I conceded in the first post that, Kelly, the daughter that was in control of the estate probably either mismanaged or tried to steal, so the fact that the state stepped in is not the problem. The problem is that Kamala went super hard on the family. She basically cut them out of everything that has anything to do with Nina Simone. The granddaughter said that Kamala tried to make it so that the Kelly couldn't even acknowledge that Nina was her mother, and even now can't speak on much of anything regarding the case because of an NDA. Does that sound on the up and up to you?

I'm not saying nothing should have been done, but Kamala didn't have to force the family out of everything like she did. The same way she didn't have to go out of her way lock up every black person caught with weed in their possession.

Yea but had the moms not fucked up there wouldn’t have been grounds for Kamala to get involved

I hear what you're saying but the daughter fucking doesn't change the fact that Kamala was unnecessarily cutthroat in the use of her power.
