Yes.

There's always that fear of the transfer request and that would be detrimental. The young players want playing time and if they dont get it they will look to leave and it will be sooner than later.

He has had as solid a season as u can have playing for a team that is getting relegated. One thing u can count on is him giving all out effort. While he was at our academy, i thought he was just an engine and not much else. But in his loans last season and this season before Big Sam, he has shown other sides to his game.

At first i was mad that Big Sam came in and made him more of a defensive player. But if Conor is going to stay at Chelsea next season like he wants, playing in the 2 in front of the defense is going to be his role and i think Big Sam has helped him there.
