Ephebophilia is the propensity to be attracted to adolescents. But let's be real... there is essentially little difference in physical sexual maturity between a 17 year-old and an 18 year-old. It's not like she suddenly becomes a "woman" when she turns 18. Physically speaking, she had probably been a "woman" for a while.
The reason most people think 18 is an appropriate age of consent is because 18 is the age at which she is assumed to have completed high school... so that if she gets pregnant from engaging in sexual activity, her education does not have to be disrupted (that is... this idea originated back in the days when getting pregnant was still viewed as a disruption to education)
The age of consent is arbitrary. In Maryland it is okay to have sex with a 17 year-old. In Florida (of all places!) it is not. That should tell you that it is less about "morality" per se..... and more about law. So if the law says 18 is the age that you are legal to produce porn, then that is the age. Once she meets that mark, then everything is legit.
Now, a 35 year-old dating or having sex with a 18 year-old is not illegal or immoral. Still, most people would side-eye it because it just... looks bad. It is assumed there is a power imbalance in the relationship because the 35 year-old is assumed to be smarter and more experienced than the 18 year-old (this is not always necessarily the case, but that is the assumption). It's assumed the 35 year-old would use the advantage to manipulate and exploit the younger party.
Also, the 35 year-old looks lame, because they don't have the maturity to relate to their peers... so they have to go for someone younger.
When it comes to looking at porn though? Nobody is "relating" to anybody. Nobody is being "manipulated" by anybody. There is no relationship, and the only power imbalance is that the producer of the porn is exploiting the weakness of the thirsty simp, and draining his wallet. The people who paid $23.99 (plus tips, messages and tributes) to look at some weak-ass IG lingerie videos are the ones getting exploited, if anything.
But other than that, it is not a personal relationship. The only "consent" involved is if the chick consented to be photographed and for those images to be distributed. Once we're clear on that, it doesn't matter the age of who is looking at the shit. it's fantasy.... they're never gonna fuck her IRL.
