Who said he was cheating? The OP stated ol' boy was seen with another chick being a bit too friendly for a MF who's in a r'ship. That may or may not be cheating, you don't know for sure.

That's why, in my mind, there's a difference in how I'd handle the situation if it's a BF vs. a husband.

I mean, if it's early in the r'ship w/a BF I probably won't tell. The dude may not even be around in 6 months.
