I've never understood how people can claim to be proud of black culture but then question why other groups want to take part in it or emulate it. That makes no sense.

But sometimes its beneficial to be savvy enough to understand nuance just a little bit. The white people who are showing love to Black culture because they like it, and the white people throwing racist parties in an effort to make fun of black people probably aren't the same people, hence the lack of black face here.

Most Black entertainers make most of their money because whites and others support them, so its silly to whine about other groups loving black culture. If they didn't we'd have even less money in our communities.
