Lo and behold a white man born in 1904 had racist attitudes.
I read late 19th century classic sci fi books and some of the authors can't not let their supremacism influence their work. I brush over it because it was the sign of the times.
What's funnier to me is when the woke brigade wanna fault creatives like Dr. Suess for his work lacking diversity when that wasn't his climate back then. Sure, do away with the overtly racist stuff but take the rest of the fantastical story telling for what it is... A bit of wonder and fun.

Great, I hate the fact I read them books during my childhood.
Long overdue but these kids don't need to be reading that trash ass book.
That Dr. Suess book never made any sense until you research deeper and understand them code words in the book and realize how racist that book was.

Itās funny the right is mad that āthe left cancelled dr suessā but what happened is they themselves decided to make this move... i didnāt think it was needed since theyāve obviously edited the originals to what we have now but whatever works for them... either way, both sides being mad at one another for this is pointless
