Do you think people enjoy being angry or upset rather than being happy?

I notice folks that was raised around conflict normally seek it. Folks that was mainly raised in love tend to avoid it.

because who you choose to be around when young because it can dictate how you act when older.

It’s not absolute but still a big factor

Some people like to be angry...and some people interpret any form of disagreement as anger or outrage. It's a weird time.

Because tone is so hard to read in written form

You can tell somebody FOH but be laughing your ass off @ the same time, in real life they would laugh with you

I believe people who don't have a reason to be happy are not going to be happy. If 2020 kicked your ass like it did me, you absolutely have to change things, and then with the changes you'll find things you want to be happy about

I think Agent Smith from the Matrix said it best when he said our reality is defined by our misery. They created a perfect world for the humans and our minds rejected it.

Not saying the Matrix is some sort of philosophical source to be used, but that always struck me when I heard it.

That’s why we have the phrase too good to be true.
Ignorance is bliss

Words mean things. And by that I mean people will call literally anything "being outraged" just because you disagree even if it's a light hearted topic. Some people have taken on this weird thing of wanting to prove "I'm so anti PC. Nothing gets me upset" they see anybody actually expressing disagreement as being outraged. Its stupid as hell.

For sure

it can become a habit like depression

you can beat depression but then you have to beat the habits of it

you Can get used to getting angry or upset or letdown

learning to love people differently is a chore worth figuring out Im Convincing myself

Some people are bipolar. They have mood swings and get angry for no reason.

I've come across people like that and I couldn't understand what their problem was. Then I found out about the medical condition bipolar and it made sense.

I know someone who disables his Facebook and goes on rants each time about why he isn’t afraid of anyone or anything.

Entertaining and sad as fuck all at the same time.

I think people get caught in limbo with life and unhappiness and do not figure out how to change it.

Internet does a good job of drawing it out of folks too. How many times have you seen a title like "is she stating facts or nah? Women goes on rant about why women arent hoes for swallowing the seed of the side nigga and still kissing their main"...

In the grand scheme of things,.this is one woman with one opinion. But everyone in the comments are upset and attributing this attitude to all women.

Plan facts that most people are out here chasing things that dont make them happy and when you add spice to the things they are chasin, it just triggers all there feelings about how they are unhappy chasing these things.

If you ain't out here chasing women whoms whole identity is in their sexuality. Then you find happiness in women in other ways, thus that shit wont even register.

Alot of women dont even like giving head, let alone nasty enough to swallow nut and kiss a man after. Why you letting that bother you?

Germs what in the fuck are you talking about man lmao
Let me say it a different way.m.

If you grew up in a traditional house hold with a mother and father and both worked. You may grow up with the belief that at a certain age you have to be married and you both have to maintain a steady income and have children. This maybe what you believe you are supposed to do.

But it isn't exactly what you as an individual want to do. So you may deny or even bury your own wants and dream to fit into a mold of what you believe you are expect to do. So because you arent doing what you want to do, you really dont find happiness in being partner in marriage, a parent of a child, or even the career that you chose.

But rather than admit this unhappiness and change your life to better suit you, you grow somewhat of a deep and hidden resentment to your life.

Ok this sets the stage for what I'm about to say. So now..you and your spouse have relationship problems that may or may not even include infidelity. You find it hard to connect with the children you didnt want, and you hate the grind of your nine to five.

This innate emotional trauma can be unearth with an article or video online..

Say a video comes up about married person of the opposite sex stating an opinion about marriage that is reminiscent to something some what similar to what irritates you about your spouse

Or an article about children being being ungrateful towards their parents. Or a video about how employers take advantage of employees through HR or working long hours.

All of that deep seated angst that this person doesnt work through in there own lives and can and will now play out in a comment section.

But if you are doing things in your life that you want to do that make you happy. Say this person didnt get married. That video or article is no concern of theirs

Say that person didnt have kids, who the fuck cares about what someone has to say about their kids.

Say this person has a job that fulfils them, they will just look at the nature of business as the nature of business.

Point being, alot of research goes into the content that people see online and its intent is to trigger you emotionally. So are people more upset, or has the internet gotten good at triggering what people are in denial about and poke at it?
