That sounds great. Do that 2-3x/week minimum and you will be good to go. Yeah 15 minutes strength training on top of the cardio is good. The strength training is what's going to get your body firmness and definition.
I definitely fell off with my workouts so I’m bummed about that, lots of toning to do but it’s ok. I’ll measure myself and see what the next 6-7 weeks look like after all the hard work. Fitness challenge starts on the 11th.
