He would've had more options next season because most teams was worried about him coming back too soon from that injury (which I think he should've sat this season out) now it doesn't look good for him next season being a starting qb

cant say i agree with this. if cam sat out of football for essentially two years the NFL would’ve moved on from him. teams would’ve filled their QB vacancies via the draft and free agency

Naw I don't think they would....plus depending on how the draft goes not every team get their qb pick (for the teams who need a qb)....would he be a starter? Probably not but his time with the pats is taking a huge blow statically

Bro. You dont pass up an opportunity to play for arguably the best coach in football history. Specially when there are no other offers on the table. Dude is a competitor, he might never be 100% again, maybe just maybe. This is as healthy as his body ever gets from years of taking a beating. Are the injuries affecting his accuracy, who knows. But he seems to miss baaaaaaad quite often. One thing Cam has always done that I'm sure his WRs hate about him, is that this dude can be like 5 yards from you n throw an unnecessary 70 mph. That unneeded velocity will certainly impact your accuracy, I see he still likes to throw off his back foot, that unbalance will impact your accuracy. Bad mechanics have always plagued him more than injuries
 
I don't get people bringing up the scheme to cop pleas for Cam. He's a QB that can't throw... it's hard to scheme past basic requirements. They may be calling these bullshit plays because they're working with a guy that can't do the basics.

It's like if you have a WR that can't catch for shit. You can't complain about him being used on gimmick plays instead of in a traditional WR role.

Yeah that's cool and everything but fuck all that sometimes you gotta know your worth....I really don't blame belichick for the offensive playcalling I blame that punk ass mcdaniels who ain't doing shit help cam out....the same shit that was working for him in carolina they could've came with a better game plan....yeah cam isn't the same on his throws but atleast help him out that's all I'm saying

He’s a former number 1 pick and MVP, it’ll never get that bad & I doubt he’d settle for less than the NFL. Teams will still sign him but this might be it for him as a viable starting franchise QB & that’s sad. Lamar Jackson better take good notes.

What worth?..dude had zero offers...the fucking bears n Jaguars didnt bother to holla. There is such thing as overvaluing yourself out of a job. Cam took the only opportunity he had n is not playing well and one of the main issues is his accuracy n bad mechanics.

5 TD - 10 INT... what worth you looking for him to know? Haha. Panthers cut him and scooped up Bridgewater (not an impressive QB), then no teams but the Pats wanted him, and he's playing like shit.

How high you expecting him to think of himself?

He done man..as someone watching him every week, he done. He is not even reading the blitz. I never seen that from a QB before. In fact someone mentioned it on the radio..and they said he is Tim Tebow ....then they said..no he worse than Tebow now, and they right.

I didn't disagree with what you said I'm just saying maybe cam should've looked at it from a different perspective....alot of the pats player opted out this season so they're definitely not the same team as before....jags are looking to draft a qb and the bears picked up nick foles so they had to see what they had in him....every team has a different approach to each season I think he would do better in a simple offensive system

Nobody knew he would put up those numbers before the season started lol cmon man...panthers cut him because they didn't want to take a risk with the injury which I don't blame them for that and the pats took a chance because they didn't like their qb's on the roster....right now the expectations aren't high for cam because he been playing like trash
