only diff is, you can flip a house an at least get what you paid, at best, get more than what you paid, or at worse, and i do mean at worse, you have to take a loss depending on the circumstances

with a care, shoes, etc...that shit unless shoe is unworn/rare/highly sought or the car has been classified as a antique or some shit, you not gonna get a good ROI

it was funny to me since im the new guy.

They don't. A thing I've seen personally though is some black people who have made go back to where they grew up and try to be around people who they was never around growing up. They all are familiar with each other cause they from the same neighborhood but they don't all know each other personally.

So now the person who made it feels funny around them and some of the folks still there are jealous.

Go back and be around the people who you really fuck with not just any and everybody.
