It is that. Like if you know somebody steals and you know they stole your stuff but they acting like you have no reason to think they did it and double down on making you seem crazy
 
If a person has multiple houses where they can sleep in the empty room, basement or couch for a few days, weeks or months at a time.

Is that person really homeless?

I'm starting to see so many people who have never slept on the street for one night call themselves homeless and the shit weird to me.

IMO they're not homeless

If it ain't your home, you ain't allowed to come and go for an indefinite period of time, and you not contributing then you are homeless.
