Yea..... so had to call a audible did some chicken with the peas and yams. Did the oxtails but made some gravy with it so gone do some rice tomorrow and put that on.

Shit came out good. I think the cuts i chose were a little too fatty for this dish. That stew taste good af but its got a lot of grease. Probably why they used the cheaper cut.

I thought I over cooked it instead it's a crispy outside with that soft grilled salmon inside. Gonna add some green to this next time.
