Not mad at that take. I prefer mine a bit more cooked than how it came out as well but I was experimenting today.

Thing about it is.. if I'm cooking a large steak or something that I cant eat in one sitting... I typically dont overcook it too much so when I reheat the leftovers its a fuckin leather belt. Still trying to find that balance.

I know one thing tho.. It was good today... that shit gon be just right when I warm the rest up tomorrow lol

Shit came out good. I think the cuts i chose were a little too fatty for this dish. That stew taste good af but its got a lot of grease. Probably why they used the cheaper cut.
