Most GMs would take a role player with a lotto pick that is only good enough to be used in a four team trade that brings back Quincy pondexter?

They would draft rivers every time huh?

“Rivers hasn't grown much in his first three years in the league. The 6'4 guard out of Duke was taken 10th overall in the 2012 draft, but never found his groove in New Orleans. He has struggled shooting the ball during the 2014-15 season, especially from deep, where he's hit just 28 percent from behind the three-point line. He's averaging 6.9 points and 2.3 assists in 21.4 minutes per game.”

:wtf11:

Bruh....drafting is hard

Go look at any draft, dont care which one...look at the top ten picks and see who flamed out the league, who is barely in the league, who is a role player, who is a starter and who is a superstar

Most players are destined to be a role player if they are lucky

Would New Orleans liked to have gotten more out of him? Sure but certain players take longer to develop and sometimes the situation you're in makes a huge difference

Thank god for nepotism

If you posted in any of my threads about underachievers you would know I know this

all I’m saying is he’s an underachiever based on his profile and hype coming in and he’s a marginal role player that’s expendable

shabazz Napier just might be >>>>>

This you? Ironically Meyers Leonard was drafted with pick after Rivers
Lmao ew nasty tactics

I said Meyers one of my favorite players ever because he’s such a great guy and teammate. So much so that I would want him here for years. A perfect glue guy and vocal leader and the antithesis to what hassan was

and that post about spo coaching is from freeman and me going back and forth because I didn’t think Meyers would be good defensively when he came here but him not only playing and starting as helped contribute to to an elite starting lineup in the league

futile effort on your part but I respect it lol
