The reason Kyrie has to do this is cause wnba players dont make enough money to walk away for a year.

And the NBA is highly associated with the WNBA, with alot of wbna teams being owned by nba owners.

And so, instead of Kyrie giving 1.5Ms of his own money, open up negotiations with the NBA and the players association to take 2.5% of players salaries and 2.5% of owner money and put it in the wnba player salary pool.

It goes up to a vote and players decide.

Not even saying it should pass and happen, but since Kyrie clearly feels this way, and is a vice president of the nbapa, go ahead and propose something like this

2K showed me that he gonna go home to the hornets in FA so maybe that should be reality so he can still be a starter and put up the gaudiest of numbers

What kyrie is doing is an act of charity and kindness. I'm waiting for you or anyone else to explain to me what nba players salaries have to do with WNBA players salaries.

Why should nba players give up parts of their salaries to supplement wnba players?

They make what they generate as a product.

This isn't a situation like the us women's soccer team vs the mens.

Word. A single player losing 2.5% of their salary aint noticeable. Especially for lower minimum salaries.

With that said id probably vote against it myself. Everyone has a vote and shit.

My only point was this is very possible for kyrie to propose since hes giving 1.5Ms of his own money.

Id feel a certain way if one of my contemporaries was trying to pay my salary if I chose to sit out is all im saying.
 
Lol won’t let Kyrie give his own money and then wants the entire league of players even the ones not in the bubble who are getting pay reductions to get more taken out

I know the WNBA gets their money from the NBA from a certain means that I can’t remember right now but sheesh why are you dictating what Kyrie wants to do with his personal money when he’s doing it out of kindness? Lol then said it’s being condescending

That's wack. Nurkic was playing the 4 when Hassan was at 5, and nurkic was getting cooked on defense in switches and melo can't check nobody. Jusuf just got hot for a minute after him and ibaka got into it and they rode him in the 2nd quarter offensively for a little bit before we snatched the life out them niggas in the third.

Zach collins made the difference cause nurkic could play his natural position and collins could protect melo on a switch or had hezonja who can at least hold his own on d.

That's wack without context.

Well if a player votes to have even more money taken out their salary than it is then they are giving it up

also you’d rather Kyrie come with a proposal that might not even make it through than a check

a bird in hand is worth two in the bush

So you say all of that to say Collins should start at the 4 and hassan is best off the bench because he’s going to lead to a negative net rating
