If you read my conclusion, I advised him to deny Notifications Access to Linkvertise after collecting all the files he needs to avoid intrusive ads every now and then.

If you think those Extensions are safe to install on your Phones/PCs then you're dumber than I thought. Them add-ons spy on what you do online. Every sites you visite, they see. They steal passwords and bank details if you ever saved them on your browser. If someone would rather use notifications for a minute (Which doesn't spy on you except ads intrusion from your browser in case you didn't deactivate them) instead of your Add-on, it's their call and not yours. You can't direct people to do what you want, you Wannabe Admin.
