I don't want to speak on that side and that is not my concern. There are contributors who deal with all of those on a daily basis and they can handle it, because they know its inevitable and the amount of pride and satisfaction overcomes that. They have more of a beating than lurkers for sure. I salute those who go through that and I respect and praise them for their work.
