If I found out there was a bounty on my head when I was deployed and I came back home to find out our government knew about it......Me and my whole squad going straight to DC. Somebody is either getting fired or they gotta die. Period.

To my understanding the general consensus is that he was not verbally briefed but it was in the written briefings.
