It's not cool for anybody to cry all the time really....unless you're like jimmy v and be moved to tears everyday I guess lol. I know ppl like that and they aint any less of a grown ass man or woman for wearing emotions on their sleeve.

More than 5-10x a year. Like I said I'm not a cryer (although I'm known to get misty eyed/drop a tear or 2 cuz I'm very sentimental) so that's a lot to me...

Also I'm single and live alone so my stress levels are fairly low....

I edited my post to say "I'm single and live alone so my stress levels are fairly low"....I'd adjust that number for ppl in relationships and/or ppl that have kids cuz the pressure to maintain is greater....but still crying isn't how I get over things so anything over a few times a year is a lot to me
