...yeah we've seen rappers dressed worse than that.

At least Yachty did this for a video. Other rappers walk around in public dressed like that on a regular basis

I understand that handicapped doesn't mean you need a walker or a scooter. Hell you could have a legit back problem and qualify for one

BUT, that some ain't the people I'm talking about who may have an older person they transport or something like that which is why they did away with the plates in favor of the tag so it can follow the person from vehicle to vehicle

Add to the fact I know people personally who got one on the hookup so they could park closer

You know I'm not talking about people that legit need them Queen

I wanna punch every one of them in their mouf, then break a leg so they actually need it.

Wife and I got into it with a broad trying to shoehorn herself into a spot before us. Bitch had absolutely nothing wrong with her, she just wanted that spot. Wife cussed her ass out inside the Walmart too 'cause she was walking just fine and the wife is in a wheelchair.
