I have two to some extent

Adhd and sleeping issues

Only the ADHD was officially diagnosed, but neither were really treated

they ain’t prescribe adderall

Same man lol. I think I have depression but I know exactly what's behind it and what I can do to make it better. I just dont want to for whatever tf reason. Which therapy can help with but ehhhh.

They made me go to anger management in '04

And my family prolly needs to see a therapist for grief management of loss a few years back

But THC is all the PHD I need....

Well thanks to the VA I had to go thru a litany of various therapists.

Worst was group therapy, prolly cause FT. Bliss housed a bunch of primadonnas and slick sleeves, hearing their "troubles" made me even more upset.

Got kicked out of that one.

Had to go to one before I got out too, which was even worse cause you had folks trying to pull rank in session.

Got kicked out of that one too.

I liked my last therapist till he started talking politics... Which then led me to realize he was waaay too left leaning and was likely looking for a reason to Red Flag me.

She got along great with his second one tho....
