I guess my point is more like they pressuring 9 tray like they did the Mob at one point. With the mob it was very organized and all the petty crimes could get traced back to the guys at top and if you cut the head of the snake, you would do real damage to the organization.

Gangs on the other hand are organized to a certain degree but gangs are more franchise stores, they run shit on certain blocks, cities etc, but its not like you can find a way to take down the whole Bloods like you can the Cosa Nostra or drug cartels.

Thats why seeing the feds go after nine tray like they were going after the mob is weird to me.

Thats why I was wondering if taking down nine tray is really impactful than im giving it credit for or if this really is the NY hip hop police trying to make an example out of rappers like they tend to do.

Its probably a good mix of both.
 
If they wanna really stop crime the government can.

They can spy on ppl in 1st world countries. Im pretty sure they can stop gangs in the US if they really wanted to

You know what, the one thing that doesnt make sense to me is. The Feds got informants and wires and shit. The Feds are trying to put away some of the main guys on the outside for that set.

In law it ain't what you know, it's what you can prove. Odds are they know alot more than this shit, but they can at least prove shit in this case. So far from what they have been revealing, on some money shit, this is peanuts on the illegal side of shit.

So these guys they know are affiliated with at the very least to the public's knowledge, 50 Cent and now Jim Jones. Two millionaires right. They know that the entertainment industry is used to wash funds and shit...

Why expose that you got Jim Jones's phone tapped for these niggaz? That shit ain't even neccessary to have proven this case. It ain't the guys on trial saying they want that boy dead. If anything they are just agreeing with someone else who said it. That's fucking hearsay

So they put 4-5 guys away, that dont stop nothing at all, it makes no sense for that to be their only reason for this

Naw homie right. Out here in Cali, it would've been way harder for 69 to get the kinda access to certain niggas in certain situations to where he could even gather the information to rat on everybody. Niggas in LA, and in the Bay, been extorting rappers and shit for decades and shit like this never happens. You think Chris Brown is getting the kinda access to OG niggas for him to be able to rat on everybody?

Extortion happens everywhere in all businesses. East coast west coast Midwest the south.

I don’t even see this as extortion. Tekashi wasn’t established before them. He needed them and they needed him.
