I think they are in a good spot now

Two all star caliber players

Murray and walker are the future

They can even trade clayface for a younger wing or big and move forward to the next generation

What I mean is how is it gonna get any better outside of contention?

They do the same thing on the court, score and nothing else. I believe Demar could pass him if he makes a jump as a player this year

I agree the Spurs should be better this year than they were last season and will be better than a lot of people think barring injuries. Still you want to see if the young guys potential actually turns to production. Everything me and you mentioned is pure conjecture until proven otherwise
