Sorry that's poor communication on my behalf I was going from possibly last 30 years.
I get your point. I believe a lot of it comes from living standards so China and India want to have their industrial revolutions that will root a lot of this out as everyone would have more wealth and better facilities etc. However the amount of people in both countries means that will destroy the planet.
I think this pandemic should of been the time to reflect on what we are doing etc but it looks like every country is going back to business as usual once this is over.
