I'm not gonna go ahead and legitimize the conflation, obfuscation, or shifting of meaning of words on a whim because some scholar decided they had a better definition for it or because ignorant people want to play with words like a game of broken telephone. Let's call it what it is. Institutional racism or systemic racism.
