I was wrong about KAT and Gobert for now

It’s mostly working because the suns defense is horrid

Still giving up this much for Gobert is crazy

Riley wouldn't budge on the NTC and I see why lol

Beasley, Vando, Bolmaro, Kessler, Beverley aren’t missed in Minnesota

Hall of famer arguable best defensive player in the league for a decade Gobert for:

2023 pick which was Keyonte George (very solid)

2025 unprotected in a good draft (should hurt)

2027 pick (toss up at the moment)

It’s not that bad

To me

Guess it the amount of players but I get it

Gobert is a an elite defender

I agree and more than anything for me it was just the timing....I felt like they were making the same mistake as the Pelcians did with Anthony Davis....making a win now move too early in the process when you have a really young talented player and you hamstring yourself to put the right pieces around them when they're really starting to enter their prime

Obviously Gobert is way higher caliber of player than anyone New Orleans acquired but it still seemed a bit premature to be making a move like that

At some point, I'm going to do an analysis about the AD trade and all it's pieces.

I think it's kinda interesting if you remove the bubble

If you take out the bubble, Lebron on the lakers was a disappointment

But hypotheticals are nasty

The bubble happened

Pelicans lost the trade quite handily

I don't like thinking in terms of wins and losses for trades but that's for another discussion
