I'm starting to think coonin doesn't really pay as well as we think it does. We assume that since we see these freaks on TV selling their souls that they're getting paid but they're really just doing what comes naturally to them. Without a sense of self-worth they're probably not making lucrative deals.
Couple that with the fame-whore era that we live in and I'm pretty sure these coons are cooning for rock-bottom prices. Even worse than the steppin fetchit days.
