Kinda odd .

I wouldn’t go as far as to call it sexual,but a little too much.

I’m also a person who used to have a lot of hair and braids and it is very tiresome to pull those braids out so he may be more lazy than creepy.

I don’t think he should be fired off the rip for this though as long as he’s not doing anything he’s not supposed to be doing other than this.

I do not think on any level it's sexual but touching doesn't have to only be sexual to be deemed inappropriate. Also he's at work...these kids are not. There is a distinct line for him at work and it's his job to make it clear to the children. Him allowing them and encouraging the to cross that line is out of bounds. I think termination is unfortunate if he is a good teacher but this isn't a line that most adults don't know about or don't agree on.
