I made this poll because I've been listening to both albums lately and as they both came out around the same time I thought it would be a good comparison. Reasonable Doubt is flawless. The production is tight and Jay is rapping his ass off. But Makaveli is above and beyond a 5 mic classic...

I was living in NYC during the Bad Boy era. Ma$e had Hot 97 on lock. Ma$e had hits in the traditional sense. Fab was hot on mixtapes but he never blew up like Ma$e on Bad Boy.
