Hmmm this is tough cuz commodus got bro family killed over jealously when he was about to be the emperor anyway and Maximus was just a general. Just bitch shit for no reason.


Ramsay on the other hand was on some fuck shit by birth. He knew he was a bastard and the disrespect but he was also completely crazy. Flaying folks is just what Bolton’s do so that ain’t too wild. But him hunting women with dogs and raping and castrating folks. And didn’t want to fight Jon Snow at all.
 
Commodus was a bitch. Plain & simple. So I expected him to act accordingly.

Ramsey on the other hand was demon that needed to be eviscerated from existence. He was sent to a level of hell that was a floor above Joffrey.
 
Didn't Ramsey actually eat the sausage but he gave Reek his own penis to eat after he cut it off?

He openly enjoys abusive practices such as having young women stripped naked and released into the Bolton forests, before hunting them with a pack of feral dogs. He gives a quick death to women who give him good sport (after raping them first), then flays their corpses. He likes to name his dogs after the women he enjoys most to "honor" them. The women who do not give him good sport are raped and then flayed alive. The skins of his kills are brought back with him to the Dreadfort as gruesome trophies. The bodies of the woman are fed to his dogs.

imo, Ramsay was the best villain in GOT but I gotta go with Commodus. He helped set up arguably the greatest revenge arch in movie history.
