Keep up the good work.. Yesterday I could only go 6 minutes on the treadmill after the bike before my legs felt like they were dragging, feeling like tree trunks

I am trying to start slow. Did about 1.5 to 2 miles 4 days this week. Today I did 4 miles. I did two 15 leg workouts yesterday.I wasn't ready lol.

Feel like the tin man.

Crazy how you can make a minor tweak to an exercise and completely change the pump you get from it

Next time you do leg extensions, try doing them kinda pigeon toed. It sounds strange but the pump you get in the upper quad is godly.

Grab some resistance bands and knock out a light set before going heavy into your real set.



Like calves. Hard for me to build muscle there but if I PE them by doing standing calf raises I have found that it promotes growth and gives the aesthetics I am looking for.
