For us as a people to experience what we been experiencing and for certain artists to be quiet just bc they dont have a project to promote is kinda fucked up. Honestly, due to the quality of his albums I think maybe he just really waits until he is inspired. Every single album has been great and really no throwaway tracks imo. With his success hes probably just enjoying life. Also the pgLang stuff is probably a big factor in the delay. I love his music but im fine with him taking his time with releases.

Nobody from Top Dawg is very consistent though. I hear a lot of times the artists complain about it too, i know Ab Soul has had issues as well as SZA. I feel like Schoolboy as well but i could be mistaken. Those artists dont have another label assisting them though like Kendrick having Aftermath and Jay Rock having Strange Music.
