Prime Em was by far and away the best rapper on that list.
Em was really good, but I never felt like he was controlling rap. Like I never felt like he was the number one act in the game.
And if he was, it might've been for like a year. But that year was so full of silly shit, were people liking him for the music or the antics?
Dude was like all over MTV & TMZ and the white popular music crowd. Like he was definitely visual.... But maybe one or two of his songs were playing on black radio.
From like 2002- 2013 there was like 5-6 Wayne songs on the radio at any given time
