Depends on the weight forreal.
Lighter weights Mayweather holds an advantage bcuz he was deadly with speed skills and power.
The heavier weights Mayweather wasnt as big of a puncher and he was small enough to be pressured.
So i give may the advantage at light weight and jr Welter
And Pernell the advantage at Welter and jr middle
However, I still don't think even at the heavier weights Floyd is losing a whole lot of rounds....
No matter how you look at it... Pernell in my opinion has the tougher assignment
