And whoever’s running with the “Scottie Pippen shut down Magic in the ‘91 Finals and bailed out Mike defensively after Magic roasted him in Game 1” narrative obviously didn’t watch the three games in LA where they both took turns guarding him.

Was a Youtube video I saw on this suggesting Rodman deserved it more the year they played the Supersonics for getting one of their key forwards fouled out/ejected. That video and this post are literally the only times I've ever heard this said.
